Maxie Jones (Maximista). Although they disliked each other at first, the two later became close friends after the death of her sister Georgie. Maxie vowed to keep things platonic because of her track record with men, but she crossed the line when she seduced him. She begged his forgiveness over using him for sex and they agreed to stay just friends. Unbeknownst to her, Spinelli had been in love with her for months.

Jason Morgan (Stone Cold). He was once Jason Quartermaine until a brain injury changed his personality. He became a mob enforcer for Sonny Corinthos. He took Spinelli in when the kid had to testify against a rival mobster. The two men eventually developed a brotherly bond. Although Jason often appears to be annoyed by Spinelli's rambling, there's nothing he wouldn't do for him.

Miriam Spinelli (Granny). Jason and Lu Lu had tracked Spinelli down at her house in Tennesee after he skipped town. This tough cookie thought Lu Lu was Damian's pregnant girlfriend. She insisted her grandson "do the right thing". She is Spinelli's only family that we know of.

Georgie Jones (Wise Georgie). She was Spinelli's closest friend. They worked together to find the Text Message Killer after her sister Maxie became a target. Sadly Georgie became a victim herself. Spinelli later discovered that Georgie had been secretly in love with him. Her death became the catalyst that brought Maxie and Spinelli together.

Sonny Corinthos (Godfather/Mr. Sir). Jason's boss. Spinelli longed to be accepted and appreciated by Sonny, who thought of him only as a freak. His cruelty and brutality towards Spinelli was always over the top. Perhaps he was jealous of the young man's place in Jason's life, one he used to occupy.

Carly Corinthos Jacks (The Valkyrie). Ex-wife of Sonny, later married to Jasper Jacks (The Valkyrie's White Knight), Jason's oldest friend. She was one of the first people to appreciate Spinelli's cyber skills and often enlisted his help. Spinelli was in awe of her bravery and tenacity.

Lu Lu Spencer (The Blonde One). Spinelli's first crush. Classmates at PCU, they were thrown together when crime boss Lorenzo Alcazar (Evil Al) kidnapped them. They were rescued by Jason and soon became good friends. She fell for Logan Hayes (The Unworthy One/Crabby Commando) despite Spinelli's devotion to her.

Claudia Zacchara (Vixenella).Daughter of rival mob boss Anthony Zacchara. Spinelli thought of her as a cyber babe come to life. She was charmed by his sweetness and became very maternal towards him. Although she was ordered to kill his mentor Jason, she refused.

Diane Miller (The Brusque Lady Of Justice). Jason and Sonny's lawyer. She was one of the first people who could understand Spinelli-speak and often translated. He went to her for advice about Maxie. She told him to "carpe diem", but his attempt failed miserably.
